When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use the app, we may collect photos you upload (shelf scans and selfies), skincare product data you submit, and usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
We use your email to send product updates, launch announcements, and (if you subscribe to Glow Pro) weekly skin reports. Photos you upload are used solely to generate your personalized routine and track your skin progress. We do not share your photos with third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (Postgres). Photos are stored in Supabase Storage with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own data.
We use OpenAI (for image analysis), Stripe (for payments), Resend (for email), and PostHog (for anonymized analytics). Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@myglowos.com. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
